There are other ways to solve this sealing with the help of centrifugal force. A small plastic cylinder that has an optimal fit to be able to slide on the middle cylinder's middle cylinder (16).
The smaller cylinder is fixed in the middle cylinder by means of the link arms which in the rest position are vertical and the sealing cylinder then covers the exit holes (19). A further way is to use the braking of the separator to seal. The motor is programmed to, at the first second of deceleration, make it strong so that the disposable capsule rotates 60 degrees to a stop that is at the bottom. This means that the entrance holes will be closed by the partitions of the middle cylinder between its own corresponding holes and the location of the disposable capsule will be so until it has stopped because the acceleration is negative during the entire braking time.
As for the location of the drive device (2), it can also be located above the separator. This is advantageous for cooling bearings etc. When the disposable capsule is to be replaced, the entire appliance, including the motor, must be turned upside down in order to be able to wood it. This is solved by installing a hinge on one side of the frame part (4).
The disposable capsule is made of pressed cardboard which is injected with e.g. organic plastic to fill spaces between the fibers. This is to make it more durable and dense. It can also be solved by laminating the cardboard with plastic glue, in your layers, or completely manufacturing it in plastic.
